What is the warranty on Kollea products?

Kollea provides a comprehensive 3-month warranty for all products purchased from kollea.com and authorized sellers such as Amazon. This warranty is applicable upon presentation of valid proof of purchase. Should you desire an extension to this warranty period, please don't hesitate to reach out to our dedicated Kollea support team at support@kollea.com.

Please note that this warranty only covers manufacturing defects of the product.

Worn parts, dents, scratches and chipped glass or any other misuse of product or care instructions (dish-washing, etc.) are not grounds for replacement and are not recognized or covered by the warranty as they result from normal use of the product.
Intentional damage to and misuse of the product may void the warranty.

To report a claim, please contact us at support@kollea.com with proof of purchase, a reason for the claim and photos of your product. In particular, send a full photo of the front of the product, the bottom of the product and the claimed damage or defect, if any.

What are the terms and conditions for returns?

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery.

To qualify for a return, your items must meet the following criteria: they must be unused, still in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. To initiate a return, kindly send an email to support@kollea.com, including your original order number and the reason for your return. If you purchased the product through Amazon, you can also reach out to Amazon support. Our dedicated support team is available 24/7 to assist you with any concerns or problems you may encounter.

We will send you an email with details of where to send the returned item. Please note that the cost of the return must be covered by the customer as we do not offer free returns on the website.

To ensure a smooth return process, kindly send back your order in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of your purchase date. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return.

Rest assured that within a maximum of 14 days after we receive your return shipment, we will promptly refund the full purchase amount of the product along with the original shipping costs directly to your account. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your trust in Kollea.
