Please be aware that our warranty provides coverage for issues such as broken or missing parts upon arrival, as well as any defects in material or workmanship during regular use, even if you choose not to opt for the insurance.

1. Glassware Replacement Coverage:
Our Glass Guard insurance covers the replacement of broken glassware products, as long as the claim is made within the insurance’s designated duration. Please be aware that the insurance becomes invalid after the glassware product's service life has expired.

2. Product Availability and Pricing:
In the event that the glassware product you purchased is out of stock, you have the flexibility to select any Kollea product currently on sale as a replacement. If the price of the replacement product you choose is either higher or lower than your original purchase, we will either refund the over-payment or request a supplemental payment for any price difference.

3. Video Verification Requirement:
To process your insurance claim, we require clear video of the broken glassware item. These videos are necessary for verification purposes and help expedite the claim process.

4. Single Replacement Coverage:
It's important to note that our Glass Guard insurance provides coverage for a one-time replacement claim only. If the same glassware item is broken a second time, the insurance coverage becomes invalid for that specific item.
